Looking to make a server, need staff, but don't want people who will sway you into becoming op and destroying your server? Well that is what I am trying to prevent.
I am currently conducting a test by making a server and making people "fake op" to see what commands they will try to use. I will list names of people who abuse here once I conduct the test several times. Feel free to list any names of any staff abusers who tried to destroy a server, ban players or whatever else massive abuse.

No blacklisting, we are not MCbans, nor will be used like it.
I would reort this, but someone's already done so. If you are wondering why, it's because this COMPLETELY breaks rule number 4 which states
"No blacklisting..."
"No blacklisting..."
Shouldn't you do this anyways? If you are not watching your staff members, maybe its time to change your methods.
Try mcbans that will give you a big hint on how bad a person is(not always since they just might be trying to advertise their/someone elses server

it's a good idea but you're going to need more than 1 person to do it.
