Helloing.
I would be very much grateful if someone
could help me create a texture pack.
it would replace the armours with
different versions of the "rat suit"
from Rick and Morty.

You can do an internet search for information on how to make a texture pack. Here are a couple of links; if they don't supply you with the information you seek, just search for more.

You can use something like paint, paint.net, gimp or photoshop to create your own textures. Aside from creating your own, you can find free textures online to use. Just make sure they are free to use; if there is any doubt, look at the author's permissions (or contact the author).

It's an interesting idea, but unless you're willing to pay someone (or do it yourself), I doubt that others would be motivated to do all of the work for you.
I'm willing to do it myself but I don't know how to texture :(
you can use things like paint.net or gimp to edit textures, i dont actually know which ones better as ive only used paint.net, but im guessing they are both good for making textures
