Does anyone notice that Mojang released Minecraft Realms right around the time that they were starting to Beef up the EULA and bring it forward. It kind of seems like Mojang is trying to take over the Market of servers for themselves. While not worrying about anybody else or the damages they leave in there wake.
Yes, the servers can only fit about 10 people. But, that doesn't stop them from coming out in the Future with there own Server company and trying to take over the server market.

Realms was already released well before the EULA change, especially in Europe. The beta was released many months before the EULA change was even a thing. Your points don't stand.
