Heyy I was thinking of starting a SMP but idk any good server website to use (Free of course)

The only free one I know is Aternos, but unfortunately you need to start the server.

The best free, 24/7 server hosting there is, is your LAN connection.
Sorry to tell you, but while there do exist free hosting services, they're nothing up against a paid server. Even small paid servers like a Minecraft Realm is worth it when compared against the free server hosting stuff you can find :)
If you need money for it, then I'm sure that maybe your parents, or someone in your neighbourhood could use a hand or have some chores which they would pay you to do :)

Most 24/7 sever hosting services are ones you have to pay for. If you have a good rig, I suggest that you simply host the server on your computer till you can afford to pay for a premium service. If you plan on playing with friends, asking them to help with the server costs is something that can help tremendously as well.
