When people donate for a VIP package, I want to run the command:
manuaddp {name} silktouch.allowmine
or something like that. I need a simple silk touch mining spawner plugin, with just a couple of permissions. Thanks

SilkSpawners. Look it up on google.
I would recommend SilkSpawners as well. I use it myself. Recently a bunch of permissions have been added to default. Be careful when adding these, you don't want to run into a problem where players are getting free spawner changes.
Anyways, I notice that you are just adding the node to the player's permission. That could get a bit messy. I recommend that you create groups and add that player to a group called "VIP."

Just give them a kit that has a pick w/ silk touch
I believe that they want to add the permission to allow someone to mine spawners. Check www.plugins.bukkit.org
