A SOLUTION TO EULA!!!!!!!

Like ChaosExpert said above, you agreed to the EULA when you bought your minecraft account, the EULA did exist even during alpha, wasn't so reinforced though. The EULA also states that, "No matter version, you are not allowed to sell minecraft items and game changing tools for hard currency"

No this is not a solution, the only solution is for them to change their mind. Which i doub they will, also EULA was reinforced today.

Myself i completely support the EULA in some cases, even though i find a server i am admin on really important to me.

Minecraft is not pay2win, it's a premium game. Basically the same as call of duty and games of the sort. You buy the game and you are equal to everyone using it, they have all right in the world to reinforce the EULA. The EULA is not new either, it has never been allowed to make money of selling ingame tools on Minecraft.

We're not all angry at the EULA, I'm in complete support of it.

EULA still applies to you.

It doesn't just apply to new versions. It's the EULA. It goes for the whole game and all releases of it.

Everyone's already agreed to the EULA when they made their Minecraft account.
And no, you must still follow the EULA regardless of the version.
