Apocalypse Plugin Project - Ideas needed!

Things already in plugin:
Random chance of raining fire instead of regular rain
Random chance of large zombie hordes at night
Zombies don't burn
Zombie types
Meteorites
Take damage from cold when in snow biomes and away from light


Things that may be added:
Dehydration
Drop ships/random spawning chests
Cars
Volcanoes
Karma
Improved meteors (random chance of diamond blocks/iron blocks bigger explosion better spread lava.



Please comment with your ideas and I will get them added. Once I think the plugin has reached a point where it's fun to play without any other plugins I will either release it and or open a public server with it.

If you want to be credited for your idea please post the name you want the idea to be credited to.


Currently looking for a test server host to allow people to try out the plugin!

Someone gave me the idea for skeletons on horses and I think this is definitely being added!

I need a way to put radiation in the game first. Any ideas how I can do this? For example the area around meteors, should them areas be radiated or have a chance to be radiated? Give me a good idea and I'll do it.

Animals have a chance of getting infected? Perhaps there could be certain factors that would increase or decrease the chances of animals becoming zombified.

I have made animals attack before although it took a long time and a lot of asking for help to get it done. I could make animals have a chance to spawn a zombie on death if that's what you mean.

What about harmful rain, there is a small chance that when it rains the rain will damage you, or give you poison or weakness.

Is it a good idea to remove player's ability to farm and remove animal life on the server?
So the only way for players to get food is to find the random food chests which will spawn once everyday around each player?

And of course each chest will have a chance to spawn say a cow egg or a regular chicken egg to allow players to breed animals as a new way to get food?

A few more ideas:

1. Having rotten flesh in your inventory attracts zombies
2. Zombies kill animals
3. If lightning strikes a zombie the zombie gains 150 health and does 20 hearts of damage (The zombie glows like a charged creeper)
4. Swimming in swamp water has a 33% chance every minute to give you: Weakness,Slowness and Blindness (The water could be dirty?)
5. Falling over 8 block has a chance to inflict slowness for 8 Minutes
6. Mining blocks with your bare hands has a chance to hurt you/ give you weakness/remove health regeneration for 2 Minutes
7. You move slower when it is snowing in a snow biome
8. You move 25% slower when you health drops to 50%

I will add more when I think of them!

Rain has a 15% chance to ruin crops
Fire rain has a 40% chance to ruin crops!

Obviously the crops would need to be out in the open for this to work,

For zombies types you should make few:
1. (Scout) really fast, but deals less damge.
2. (Tank) slower, more more life.
3. (Cherger) regular speed, have a little bit more life, deals more damge.
4. (Wariror Soul) have a sword and armor.

I currently have sprinters, explosives, baby zombies which of course explode (to replace creepers), infected zombies, and rotting zombies which turn into skeles.

I'll probably add more later, but that'll do for now

I could do something like that but trust me if you played on a server with something like that you would rage quit so fast! lol

I did this before, made zombies unable to break blocks unless there is a player with 15 blocks and zombies just removed everything, not so literally but almost everything I swear, lol.

Adding a radiation system, certain custom items [as in named and such] could become radiation suits to avoid this. Your xp bar could show the level of radiation and certain areas in the map like the further in the center of a nuclear blast city you go the higher it gets.

and underground like in subways the radiation is not as bad (metro style)

I could add potion effects when attacked by zombies. Maybe if a player gets bitten by an "infected" zombie their body will turn into a zombie.
