Is this a virus
No way of telling, BUT
I can't see any way to see any of the content (including any sort of intro/description page) without providing information to "set up an account"
The posting user has no mods (nor any other content) at PMC — which seems odd for someone writing a mod making tool.
Nor are there any mod credited to "apehart" at modrinth or curseforge (although that may be because of how the sites' search engines work)
