Error 422
Hello there! This'll be my first post on this forum, and as I am new I'm not sure if this is the proper place to ask this question. If there's a more appropriate place to post this, please let me know.
Introductions aside, after a late-night binge of hour-long Minecraft videos ranging from horror or ARG style things to being only tangentially related to the topics at hand, I remembered a video on a Minecraft modpack(?) I'd seen a while ago covering something called Error 422. I put off watching the video, wanting to save it for whenever I'd actually played Error 422 to some extent, but I've only just now gotten around to trying to download it. Keyword being "trying."
I cannot find any official-looking links or download pages, and the links and pages I can find look sketchy as hell. Various comments on these pages have claimed there's no virus, but I am not brave enough to risk it. I come to you all, with a simple question: Where can I safely and reliably download Error 422? Thank you in advance!

there is one that i found on modrinth a modding platform modrinth is completely safe and has a prebuilt-in virus scanner as a suggestion it's all in beta tho.

Seems like most ERROR 422 releases are viruses. However, there must be a legitimate version. I suggest using VirusTotal to scan links and the jar. file. I am pretty sure that it is not executed instantly so you have time to scan it before using the mod.

The earliest release I could find was a gamejolt page uploaded in 2020, which predates the video I was talking about (I found two supposed itch.io pages for it, but they were both younger), but even that one seemed sketchy. There were comments saying it wasn’t a virus (there was even a screenshot of someone defeating the ender dragon in Error 422), but as far as I can tell there’s no real “official” way to download it.

mega-nz is a site best visited with adblockers IMO but is otherwise safe enough if one is careful about what gets clicked.
The file DL.s as a rar which needs to be unpacked. I would want to look through the unpacked rar for any suspicious executables, but this is not in and of itself a dealbreaker [IMO]
Comments on the thread are apparently closed (last was 10 months ago) and the poster LazerKiwi has not been online for 8 months.

It includes an epilepsy warning so I would expect flashy screens.
The Mediafire page this directs to has a zip file (avoiding some hypothetical issues with the rar format) @ https://www.mediafire.com/file/0to3wrfozntwc0r/ERR422.zip/file that is 208.31 MB [probably the difference is due to rar being a better compression algorithm]
Either of the funtioning above links are probably ok as links. {I've neither downloaded nor inspected either file.}
Do, however, be wary of what you click on as both mega-nz & mediafire are rife with clickable 'ads'.
