Texture Pack Not Working.
Ive been trying to install this Thomas The Tank Engine mod for a entire day but it isn't showing up in the Mods bit of Minecraft Java Edition. Can somebody help me?

What mod loader are you using? Is it not showing up in-game? Where did you put the mod file? Any Errors?
I don't use a mod loader

You said it was a mod... but if it's a texture pack then it could be that the real texture pack foulder is hidden in a zip foulder...

I also downloaded the newest version of Minecraft at the time it released (1.18. The mod was released in early 2021) and it still wasnt working.
I checked the entire folder, And put the right files in the Minecraft resource pack folder, But it still isn't working. Incase you wanna download it for yourself, Click on me.
Sorry, can't download. if you're not using optifine or a mod-loader, then that's your problem
