Hey guys we have been working on a server for the past year completely custom and its nearing its completion. Since we are getting so close to being able to open this server to the community we want to make sure everything is well polished and functions well before we get players on. So we are reaching out to see if anyone is interested in being a beta tester for Grid Lock a hybrid between Factions, Sky Wars, Clash of Clans, and Sky Block. Essentially the game mode runs off of the concept where there are islands similar to Sky Block and each island can have up to 6 members including the owner of the island which is where the factions concepts start coming into play. Each of these islands can raid each other but to do this they have to first destroy the islands core that they are trying to raid. The core can only be damaged by melee damage and the core is where you control your whole island. It also provides protection against raiders so if it is destroyed then your island is vulnerable to being raided. To help protect your island you can use defenses similar to the ones in clash of clans. These are automated structures that will attack any person who is on your island that is not a member or an ally. These structures can be placed any where on your island so its best if you put some thought to where you place your defenses.
