Hi
I'm looking for a Manager, Developers, Head Admin, Admins, Head Moderator, Moderators, Head Helper, Helpers, and last but not least Head Builder and Builders .
The Application process is a step by step process and you need to be patient. EVERYONE, will begin as Helpers but I would like you all to apply for the position you would want to be as stated above, this does not certify that you will get that position straight away as i said, you will start off as Helper unless I see otherwise.

I have also been a long term Co-Owner for over 2 years. I’ve been Head-Admin on four servers, Admin on seven, Head-Mod on two, Moderator on four and Helper on eight. I’ve had all this experience because I’ve been playing Minecraft for quite a while (around the alpha versions).

It depends on what I have permission to do. If I had the permissions to kick or ban people, I would warn them at first. If they continued their actions I would kick them from the server. If they came back online and were still advertising, then I believe the right thing to do would be to ban or mute them.

So I built a court and a had a court session involving other players to act as the jury. He was then proven innocent and the person who did destroy spawn was put in the server jail.
Someone is advertising another server what do you do: Ask them to not advertise on the server, if they don`t stop I`ll mute them for 15min. The mute time will increase if the advertising continues.
Someone is hacking what do you do: Ban them, no hacking allowed.

My college timetable makes my hours very flexible and non-linear, so I can give a rough estimate of both weekends and weekdays!
Weekdays: Anywhere from 4-6 hours
Weekends: Anywhere from 7-13 hours (My weekends are full of nothing to do)
As for how many days per week, I can do all 7 if really needed, but I do like to take breaks sometimes.

I've been staff on a few different servers, but many of them have been small ones that went nowhere. Though, I do have an experience that is very worth noting. My staff presence on a large server. A lot of applicants have experience, sure, but odds are they haven't been through as much as I have. I had over a year's worth of moderation experience before I resigned, and over the course of it I've learned so much about what really makes a community thrive. I watch and I learn. Every single bit of information that goes through my eyes is directed to my brain. I'm not in it simply for a title, I'm in it because I solely want to make a positive contribution to the players. I want them to be able to have a manager who isn't just there to help and support them, but to talk to them now and then, and get to know them on a personal basis. Players want staff they can relate to, not robots, and I can provide them with just the friendship they need.
Why should I pick you for the position you are applying for?
You should pick me for a few reasons, with the first and foremost being my good judgment capabilities. When it comes to rules and enforcing them, I find staff are either too strict or too lenient. I believe there's a fine line between the two, and I stick to it the best I can. There are of course times where I've had to be strict, but I try not to be as I believe there is a peaceful solution to most things.
The second reason you should pick me is for my confidence and amazing social skills. I love getting to know new people, and I'm never afraid to whip up a conversation to get people talking. A good example of this is when I was at a party a few weeks ago. I knew the majority of people there except a few. I managed to whip up a conversation with one of them (the other girl I didn't know was too busy throwing up LOL), and managed to become pretty alright friends.

This is going to sound quite humorous, but there was a time on Desteria when two members were fighting over a chicken spawner trade gone wrong. It was hilarious because the player who scammed the other player out of it was saying things like, "my eggs now, bitch!". Of course it wasn't funny for the other player, but that's life. Anyway, scamming is allowed on there, so really the other player didn't break any rules. The kid who got scammed was pretty upset, so I decided to ask the other player if he'd consider giving back the chicken spawner. Of course, he said no (bad boy), so I was left with someone who wasn't going to get their spawner back. Fortunately, I had a nice amount of money, so I went to the shop and bought him a new one. I didn't have to, of course, but a happy player is a happy me. After that, every time I came online I always got a "hi!" from the player, and he actually turned out to be a pretty nice lad, we still talk sometimes.
Someone is advertising another server what do you do?
Screenshot (for evidence) and then perma-ban them. This would of course depend on the individual server's rules, but if they're advertising another server then they're blatantly not here to play, they just want to steal our players! Tut tut tut.
Someone is hacking what do you do?
Record them (for evidence) and then ban them if I find them to be hacking. Whether or not this is temporary or permanent is again dependent upon the rules. If there was some sort of appeal system I'd direct them to that in the ban message.
Someone is spamming what do you do?
I believe that although spamming can be annoying as hell, it can be considered a minor offence. I'd politely tell the player that spamming is against the rules and ask them not to do it again otherwise it can result in a mute. If they stop or say sorry, then no harm done, I'll message them a "Thanks!". If they continue to spam, then I'd mute them. the time they're muted is dependent upon the rules.
What can you bring to the server?
I can bring to the server a positive can-do attitude, and a friendly atmosphere for all of the players to enjoy. I'll physically bring my brain for good judgment, and sunglasses for when I need to act cool.
But in all seriousness, as I said before, I know what makes a community thrive. The community needs a good staff team, and to make sure the community have the staff team that they deserve, it needs a good manager. A manager who knows what they're doing and can resolve conflicts quickly, effectively and as peacefully as possible.

I enjoy a great many things and hate many more things! I enjoy writing as I find my imagine can run as wild as it wants, and there are no boundaries. I also have a deep passion for gaming. I've been gaming for around a decade now (early-bloomer) and have enjoyed every minute of it. I also looove performing. I'm actually taking Performing Arts in college right now and put on a show for the elderly at a care home on Friday. Got them up and dancing and everything, it was amazing! Oh, and I love football. Not watching it, I find that unimaginably boring, but rather playing it. I prefer to play in goal, but wouldn't mind also playing in defense.

Hehe, where do I begin?! Well, I'm a fun and out-going lad with a huge sense of humour (however dark or dirty it may be), and I love talking. I can't go five minutes without talking. That's my biggest flaw. Although I'm a good talker, I'm an even better listener. I'll always listen to what someone has to say, even if I don't care a bit about what they're saying (:P). My college timetable makes my hours very flexible and non-linear, so I can give a rough estimate of both weekends and weekdays!
Weekdays: Anywhere from 4-6 hours
Weekends: Anywhere from 7-13 hours (My weekends are full of nothing to do)
As for how many days per week, I can do all 7 if really needed, but I do like to take breaks sometimes.

I have been a member of a build team on a server called AvatarMC. I was there for about 3 months until school started again and it was difficult to adjust to school and keep building at the same time.

What do you find interesting about being a builder?: The rush of building, the feeling of completing a project, all these emotions are why I love building. Ever since I joined the Minecraft community, I've always aspired to build large and beautiful projects. I find that being a Builder allows you to express yourself through your builds, and I love knowing that people on a server will look at my builds and go "Wow, that looks amazing!" I just simply love building, there's nothing more to it!
Why do you want to be a builder/head-builder?:
Leadership, the main topic that I'll be dwelling on. I feel that I was naturally born to be a leader type of person. I like to take control of things, handle major problems, and be able to lead a team. Now, I'm not saying I'm a control freak, but I'm saying I definitely am capable of handling a large or small team, and are able to work efficiently with them. Even as a leader, I still do as much work as I can with my team, if not more. I never act like it's not my job since I'm a leader, I always make sure that everyone is doing their fair share of work, including myself. I would absolutely love to be able to go around the server, showcasing the team's magnificent builds and being able to say "My team did this, we did this together, and we're proud of what we've accomplished!" Being Leader of a team would mean taking on a lot of responsibilities, and I believe that I'm fully ready to take on any responsibility given to me. I'm a very mature and serious person when it comes to serious matters, and I will always no matter what take full responsibility for my team as a whole, and it's individual members.
I'd like to make note that I'm a very very open minded person as well! I'm constantly open to fresh ideas, new themes, different options,etc.! I'd always listen to what my team has to say, and make sure that everyone knows that they're free to speak their mind about how they think something should look! And when I'm given an order to build something, I always accept it, no matter how difficult the task may seem, I will always face it head on! While on the note of teamwork and such, I'd also like to mention that I'm a very sociable and friendly person! Or at least that's how I'd like to think of myself! I love making new friends, and I'd definitely love to make new friends with fellow build members! If I was a leader, my team wouldn't be dreading to be building, I'd make sure we were all having fun, chatting it up, and having an all around good time while still working efficiently, and proudly on our project given to us! I have experience creating my own Build Teams as well. In the past, when working for servers I've had to post on websites such as PlanetMinecraft or MinecraftForums and recruit build team members, and then train them and show them what the plan is. I'm very skilled in training members on new building styles, and I'm also a very easy person to talk to, so I feel like being in a Leader position is the best position for me, since I'm able to talk easily with other members about any issue/topic without hesitation.
I would like to believe that I'm a very very experienced builder. I've been working on building projects since I can remember. Whether it was small scale projects such as a small winter town frozen by the harsh tundra landscape of a map, or a large jungle village hoisted into large voxelsnipered terrains.

Why should I pick you for the position you are applying for?: I take my work very seriously, and I will always make sure that the job gets done without fail. I'm always on the top of my game, and will make sure that I accomplish whatever task is needed to be done.
What are the duties of the position you are applying for?: To keep the Build Team in line, as well as to make sure all projects run smoothly, efficiently, and look absolutely magnificent when completed.
Tell me an experience you had with players where you dealt with the situation. What did you do? If you've never been staff before skip this question: When I was working for FadePvP as a Head-Admin, I was forced to protect the server from a DDOS attack. I took it into my own hands, and even suffered a grueling 30 minute long DDOS attack just to make sure the server was okay and that the community kept running smoothly.
What can you bring to the server?: I can bring magnifcent builds, as well as structures and towns that are beautiful and lively. I'm also a very friendly person, so I can warm the community up, and make sure everyone on the server feels right at home.

What makes you different from other players? I'm the type of person who will not break. I have 3 little sisters and that has trained me for the worst. I'll stay calm when all the other staff members are ripping their hair out from all the younger players asking how to do things. I embrace it, teleporting around to each one helping them one by one and teaching them for the future so they don't have to ask next time.
Why should I pick you for the position you are applying for? I play games in a civilized manner all the time and I think that's important for a head-admin. Many people will apply for staff and I will manage all lower than me. As I previously stated i'm experienced and will not snap at people. Ever. If I do, you can fire me, that's a promise.
What are the duties of the position you are applying for? As a head admin the main duties are, managing the other admins and lower, tending to players as any other staff rank would, keeping chat clean and prevention of crime/rule breaking.
Tell me an experience you had with players where you dealt with the situation. What did you do? If you've never been staff before skip this question. This is a cool story so sit down and enjoy. This one time I was admin on a server, there was a moderator using /enchant to make overpowered tools and selling them for paypal money. (don't ask me who would fall for that but it was surprising). Me and the other staff pretty much told everyone to not buy them off him, and we returned the money from our own paypals. In the end he ended up getting demoted over Skype and we found out he was some raging kid that lied his way into staff. Now it's all a reminiscent memory. Also if there is players xraying, watchout for their dark windy tunnels because everyone who uses xray makes the mistake of leaving the tunnels. /co inspecting the tunnels reveals the ores have been taken. If the player surrenders the ores for destruction, the punishment will be weakened, but if not, more powerful punishment will be enforced.
Someone is advertising another server what do you do? If it's to a specific person via whisper, whisper them myself and ask them to stop, or talk to them where it's not our business, but if it's in normal chat, I would mute them and give them another chance, but if continue, ban.
Someone is hacking what do you do? I confront them via whisper/ Skype and tell them not to do it, regardless of the hack it is, if I catch them again (I will) it's a ban from me or another staff member.
Someone is spamming what do you do? Mute them, give them another chance, if they keep spamming, tempban or ban.
What can you bring to the server? Humor. I'm a humourous person and I love to crack horrible puns that are so horrible people are gaurenteed to laugh. I can also bring new players to the server such as friends and family. I will keep chat clean for younger players.

How many times have you been a staff member: (Name servers and proof if possible, take a picture of your rank in chat) You don't need to have past experience: I have tons of experience as a developer, but being Developer within a server isn't really common for me, because I usually do private work for servers, I've done a couple projects for decently big servers like TheChunkMC and I'm also a Sub-Developer on Multiverse. (Which means that I've put in a lot of pulls to the plugin that I've been hired to help with the development of the plugin starting Minecraft 1.9 I can show some proof), I also collaborated with tons of Mineplex Developers (I can show proof of my contact with them since their on my skype friendslist) and I've made tons of projects.

I've done tons of Java/Bukkit/Spigot API work and I'm also currently developing my own API that can work with any Minecraft server and doesn't need lag issued plugin like Essentials. Not many people have the talent that I have coding wise.
What are the duties of the position you are applying for: Develop the server according to my liking and contribute ideas

If you've never been staff before skip this question: I was once a Manager of a server and 2 people were arguing on how one person scammed the other person and the way I handled it was the most ethical way. I asked both individuals what their problem was and I checked if both their stories checks out, I tried to find the most logical and ethical solution and it was to first get them to somewhat come to an agreement and make an exchange so the complaining would come to an end, and until this day both players are now friends.
Someone is advertising another server what do you do: I'd first ask him to stop advertising, if he doesn't comply I'd simply just mute him and kick him off the server. If he comes back after the mute is gone I'd temp ban him for 24 hours and if he still comes back I'd permanently ban him.
Someone is hacking what do you do: I'd warn them first, if it's someone that is on his first offence I'll give him/her some leeway and let them off with a second warning to. After my second warning I don't give out anymore and to a quick punishment of a temp ban depending on the hack. After if the player still hacks I'll give a perm ban.
Someone is spamming what do you do: I'd give the player a warning, if the player still doesn't want to comply I'll temp mute the player for 1 hour and if he/she still doesn't comply I'll mute him until a superior comes to deal with him.
What can you bring to the server: I can bring to the table a large variety of programming skills that can help the server undoubtedly, I can program plugins from Minigames, to Anticheats, anything that is needed can easily be done.

How many hours a day you're able to spend on the server, and how many days every week: I will be able to spend around 4-7 hours a day on the server! And maybe more on the weekends if I have time

Ban History: I haven't been banned once for an actual reason.. I've been banned on a little server because I was helping them out but they didn't like me helping so they banned me..
How long have you been playing Minecraft : I've been playing for 2 years now but i'm extremely experienced.
What makes you different from other players : Well.. I can make the server popular.. Make it what everyone wants it to be.. And of course help you out!
Why should I pick you for the position you are applying for : You should pick me because i'm experienced, I know what i'm doing and i'll be great for the position (manager)
What are the duties of the position you are applying for : Carry out everything I tell you to. Make sure all staff is in line and take care of the server. Contribute ideas to me for the server (Copy and pasted)
Tell me an experience you had with players where you dealt with the situation. What did you do? I've have loads of past experiences but my most hard one was when someone was ddosing a server I was managing on.. So what I did was I found his IP then reported it.. Then I turned the server off for 1hour.. Made a plugin which didn't allow any bots or anything join in his country.. Then I removed the plugin the next day and everything was fine!
Someone is advertising another server what do you do : Ban right away since we could lose players and we don't want that.
Someone is hacking what do you do : Tp to them.. Make sure they are hacking and then ban.
Someone is spamming what do you do : I would warn them and then mute depending on the amount of spamming he did.
What can you bring to the server : I can bring people.. I can bring my ideas and past experiences.. I can bring anything you want me to bring
Your hobbies : Moderating.. Coding (at times).. Managing staff.. And playing minecraft
Describe your personality to me: I'm a nice minecraft player who just loves to have fun and make sure minecrafters are having fun and enjoying servers!

If you've never been staff before skip this question. i had to deal with a situation where a guy got op from owner because owner trusted him. he banned owner and got out wand. i auto ipbanned him and kicked everyone out of the server. then owner came back and i got promoted to co owner.
