Do you need to add a small new feature to- or patch a small hole in- your server?
That's what I'm offering here. Small utility plugins written at no charge.
I can work with both Bukkit/Spigot and Cuberite.
Example: A shortcut to removing enchantments i.e. /stripenchantment
Example: A limit to the number of Creepers spawned in a world.
Anything larger should probably be directed at the post linked by the note, above.

That doesn't seem very safe, does it? You can make a plugin with a hidden command for OP that the server owner doesn't know. The most common 'Force-OP' trick. If you are trying to improve your developer experience try Bukkit Dev or SpigotMC Forums, or just put your plugins there so u have something to show.
Fenrir, all source can be/ is provided on request. Furthermore, it's very easy to decompile JARfiles using any number of free decompilers. I understand your concern, but I have a link to my paid services on the first line of the post. I wouldn't sully my reputation like that. I understand what you're saying though, haha.
