Chat problem?

Every time I try to go into chat all I see is this, I tried logging off and on again, I tried clearing the cashe but its not working

There are many questions and many suggestions.
My first is are you using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera or something similar)? If not then update and make sure it is using the latest version, if you are try using a different browser. If that doesn't fix it try the next thing.
Check your internet speeds, if this is a normal occurance it may be because of potato internet which takes years to load. If it isn't that maybe PMC is having connectivity issues which it can sometimes have. Also it may be the amount of connections going onto the same line. Your internet is going to be slower during the 5pm-10pm period compared to the 9am-2pm period. Check if it is that.
If none of those solve it message Paril as you will have better luck with him, but as someone else stated, leave it load for a while, see if it will load.

it took chat way to long to log in; i'm going to assume that it failed to receive your request! try refreshing it and try againi've tried updating chrome, clearing my cookies and cache, updating java, and refreshing the page (repeatedly)

Usually, I quit entering chat and have a break for a couple of minutes, then try again. I do the same routine over and over again, and usually, it works.
