Failed to authenticate?

I try to poast something and i get
Failed to authenticate... what does this mean how can i fix this?

Ctrl F5 closed my tab, lost all the stuff i did! Didn't work at all!

Em, F5 only refreshes tabs, and CTRL + F5 isn't a shortcut that developers add.

Checked Firefox & Chrome, no CTRL+F5 key.

Try Ctrl+F5 on Windows.
Also I recommend you to delete your history and stuff.
