Image Uploading Issues

Hi guys

I'm having trouble uploading anything today, I have tried several different images on 2 different projects and its just sits there saying its uploading for as long as you leave it there. Its been sat on one image for nearly 30 minutes now, when normally it takes 10-20 seconds (image in question is 1.19mb).

Is this a site issue? Getting pretty frustrated at this point.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, this isn't 100% of the time, it is working sporadicaly - I've managed 3 in an hour! yay! lol
