Removal of server !!

so i own a server, a random user posted a ad on here, i want it taking down and have sent emails in 4 times now....
i can not get hold of the user, and without it going, im not able to make my own!
What do i do???

PM a site mod if you want it taken down, and the user will not take it down. Be sure to supply proof that the server is indeed owned by you: the-team.html
