That's supposed to tell you to review something missing in your submission, but the text is currently broken. Our admins are aware of the problem and are working on fixing it.

Do you have any images besides the banner? Because the error says you don't.
There was just a chaching problem where the box didn't show.
It's supposed to say:
Error: Please upload at least one image.

Few people reported this past week.. I don't think none of them fixed it but try reloading page?
