Is this Allowed?

I am making a mod that adds in over 40 new carrots.
There is a carrot for Jump boost. It goes:
Jump Boost 1 carrot
Jump Boost 2 carrot
Jump Boost 3 carrot
Jump Boost 4 carrot
Jump Boost 5 carrot
It is like this for every potion effect and i wanted to know if this would could as a "simple mod"

Same exact reason the last mod you asked about was not allowed, it simply recycles the vanilla coding, even if you code it yourself you are still not adding anything new, simply representing what is already there.
