You can change the PSU on that site. Bump it up to say, a 500w and it's good. You could go 600w if you want to be safe, or if you're going to be getting more powerful hardware in the future.

What is the purpose of this computer like seriously? Atm i have a pretty decent PC, 4GB ram Quadcore 2.66Ghz processor HDRadeaon SAPHHIRE 5040 not the best but i can play stuff like crysis and Bioshock Infinite, nobody needs crazy PC's unless you are really serious about stuff you do. but nonetheless your PC is really decent if you can upgrade the RAM if needed (lag to much or sumtin,pc runnin slow etc..) but if the lower RAM is causing issues get sum more if not dont bother. Aslong as the PC fits your needs you dont need to get super upgrade. so in short yes your PC is a pretty decent computer

i almost guaranty cyber power pc allows you to change the memory/RAM. Also i would recommend a higher watt PSU. You have a Radeon r7 240, graphics cards require a lot of power. 350 was probably recommended but you always want to get a few hundred more watts. The ram also is an issue, if your expected to get good speeds when retrieving data back and forth, your going to need more ram especial if you have programs running in the background. Now overclocking; since you dont know what it is i recommend you dont do it. Plus if wears down the lifetime of your item that your overclocking. What overclocking is is boosting base clock speeds to the allowed overclock-able speed. in CPU's its per se boosting from 3.5 GHz to about 3.8 or what the said speed is. Overclocking ram is different since you boosting the rate the ram transfers data/the frequency i.e. from 1333 to 1600. The frequency is labeled in the title or the box of ram usually after the SDRAM or DDR3. They will be 1333, 1600, 1866. If you want the over clock your graphics card samething. but i still recommend you dont do it. If you would still do it there are great guides for first timers out there on the internet.

You could also consider getting a better PSU also, I think a 500w would do the trick. I'm not quite sure if 350w will do it. Having the extra power will also open up opportunity for more powerful hardware in the future.

Yea just for MC, would I need more RAM for Minecraft?

You should get at least 8GB of RAM, just to be safe. And also, AMD CPU is completely fine, it is a little less powerful then Intel, but it's cheaper and it will perform great anyhow. You do not need to overclock, unless you want to. If it's just for Minecraft, this computer is fine.

EDIT: If you don't know what you're doing with overclocking, I wouldn't suggest doing it. If misused, it can cause damage to hardware. But if you have a good CPU cooler, it should be perfectly fine.

How would I overclock it? I'm not sure how. Also I just checked I can't change the RAM.

More RAM for sure, if possible mabye consider an intel CPU

I'd say that you upgrade your RAM and overclock it.
