KDStudiosOkay first off.
I was humbled when joining this community.
I figured I would add my texture packs and perhaps take part.

So I added my latest texture pack. Which includes all work that I myself have created.
That was all fine and dandy.

Later on I get a very rude message saying my page has been suspended due to it being a remix pack of LB photo realism?

THIS is an insult.
Scuttles, used my textures with my permission as a template to build his texture pack.
He even says it in his description on Minecraftforums. So the fact that I created the textures and gave him permission to use them suddenly means that I stole from him? How does that work?
I am very angry.

ALSO.
I have been reporting many texture packs on this so called website where people cannot post remix packs especially without express permission from the author.
I am telling you now. I have given NO ONE besides Scuttles permission to use any of my textures at any time.
All of my reports have gone ignored.
And people are still using my work, making it out to be their own.
I have provided sufficient proof that I made the textures and that I am willing to provide more proof with the raw image file that includes all the layers to show I made the textures.

My work is copyrighted.
PlanetMinecraft is ignoring that.
I really am tempted to take this further.

I can see why you are mad, and I am sorry... Not that it means much, coming from a random person. But if you ever have problems like this, do not make a public thread about it.. Rather, pm a global moderator, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help, as long as you supply the proof, which you have of course.
