I never even thought of someone uploading a virus also i dont have any virus software ^.^ anyone suggest a reliable free one ?

If you're worried about viruses, there's plenty of virus scanning software out there.
I use Spybot: S&D, and did use Malwarebytes (which I guess I should buy a key for now, since I guess it was only free for two years? >>"). I also use Microsoft Security Essentials to protect and scan.

Yeah, I think Yellow hasn't either but like he said, it's a possible issue. It's a possibility on all sites. I will look for an API to scan them on upload rather than let my server scan them daily.

then again, i only download from users i know/who are really good(lots of good uploads)

Site is scanned nightly but you're right. I'll look into using an API to scan after upload.
If you find one with comments of a virus or get a virus, report it. And having a scanner on the site is up to Cyprezz, I've never heard of a site virus scanner though.
