Yes, the theme is costumes. Nope not monsters, or ghouls, or apparitions, costumes. And it doesn't matter what costume it is, just as long you know its just a guy/girl in a costume. To breif you further, the skins entered must be someone in a costume, if you could barely see they are a guy/girl in a costume, then minus point for you.

No palettes, just enter with any palettes, but stay on the topic. Now for some rules. Red mean is the rule is broken, disqualification is upon you, if orange, you will just lose points if you don't follow it
