A skin contest with limited colors based on the summer. The colors I'm using is based on the colors of a sunset.
There are some rules though. To join simply state something along the lines of "I will be doing this contest!" I will look at skins you have made and chose which of the 2 categories you will be in. After this, you can start making an entry! Before that though, I suggest you read or at least skim through the rules, as if your entry breaks one, It may have to be fixed to be entered. There is very little competition at this time, as only 2 people are participating at this time.

1. Colors You are limited to 17 colors, 3 of which are your own choice to an extent. These colors have the hex codes listed below, and you will also be allowed 3 colors of your own that are skin tones. By skin tones, I mean Human skin tones, and you can only use them for the skin. You can't just use green as one of these 3, and you cannot use them for other things than skin. To make shading easier the colors assigned to come in pairs of light and dark. Note you are not required to use every color

EDIT - You are allowed to add 4 white pixels. But only 4, no more no less

2. Submissions Unlike most skin contests I will allow 2 submissions except if you chose to do 2 they cannot be too similar. To submit simply comment you want to submit and a link to the skin. The skin must be made by you and you only. The submission must be new, although I doubt you have one with the exact colors

3. Winners Judging and more info There will be three winners, and custom badges for each of them. People will be listed as a participant when they join the contest, and the 3 best will be winners. I will most likely be the only judge and there will be 3 main criteria!

• Use of colors - How well did you use the colors and follow step 1?
  
• Originality - How original is your skin?
  
• Creativity - How creative is it?
  

4. Prizes The prizes will be as follows

• 1st Place - Unofficial 1st prize trophy, I will favorite and diamond your last 10 posts, a skin commision (within reason), and featured on my page for at least a week
  
• 2nd Place - Unofficial 2nd prize trophy, and I will favorite and diamond your last 5 posts
  
• Participation - Unofficial Participation Badge
  
• 3rd Place- Unofficial 3rd prize trophy I will favorite and diamond your last 3 posts
  

5. Deadline Any skins made after the deadline of 7/31 will not be judged and a winner will be chosen before 8/02
