- After years of hesitation, you've finally launched your own company! May it be a fast-food chain or a toy brand, a good way to make it recognizable is to have a mascot who encapsulates the spirit of your company ! It is thus important to have a grasp of what the company is like, and have a design that fits it. You can create popular brand Mascots but you'll lose points for "Concept & Originality"!
bug_report Bugs and Beetles idea pitched by De Taco King
- Eeep! Create a skin inspired by insects. It can be based on a particular bug or beetle or your skin can be inspired by the wide variety of features found on insects. Use the description to elaborate on your choice(s).
waves Biome Dependant idea pitched by Patrikera1
- Choose a Minecraft biome and design a skin for it. Pretend your player lives there nearly 100% of the time and how would that biome impact what they wear, look like, who or what they are. Be sure to use the description to allow your viewers and judges understand the relationship between your concept and the biome.

-These aren't the typical heroes you're used to. Return to the age of blimps, tommy guns, and domino masks for a classic pulp adventure!
Create a player skin based on the pulp heroes of the 1920s and 30s - heroes that laid the groundwork for the introduction of Batman and Superman. Doc Savage, Tarzan, The Shadow, Black Mask are a couple of examples.

- Abandon your noggin norms: here's a contest about setting your skin's head and shoulders above the rest. Create a skin that uses the player head in unconventional ways - you might replace the player's head with cake like in this example, or you could replace the player's head with a bird such as in this example. I kinda wished that the DB32 color palette could win, so we could make pixelated skins that looks retro and synth-like styles.
