Offering my services in setting up a Minecraft server. This includes configuring Bukkit, web panels (suggest McMyAdmin), plugins, and MySQL. You supply the server, Linux or Windows, and I'll set it up.
As far as references go, I run ShadowVille which is the #2 server on the website and runs 60+ plugins and multiple worlds.

If enough people become interested and would like a complete solution, I may consider leasing a box for people to use, similar to BroHoster or other shared service, except not over subscribed.
