What are the RULES?
the rules are simple:
follow the normal PMC skinning rules, so:
no making skins of just solid color
no making skins of just pure noise
if you submit something inappropriate you will be disqualified, and then reported
etc.
also, please be respectful. if you are having trouble figuring out if a skin is appropriate, please feel free to DM Lyra_Capricorn or guest book post HyperOctal.
How long do we have?
You have from March 10th (the second Friday in march) to June 1st (the First Thursday in June), a total of 83 days.
