  I have a quick clarification question regarding the color rules. The guidelines mention no more than two new colors, but since shading is required, does that mean we should only use the 8 hues provided, or are we allowed to create a palette based on those colors for shading purposes? I just want to make sure I'm interpreting the rules correctly. Thanks in advance!

  If you look at the skin above, the yellow sweater (ignoring the stripes) is all one colour in my mind. Or at least that is one base colour. Obviously there are like five shades in there, but it all counts as the same colour in my mind. Same thing for the jeans ect. I don't care about the shades/shading colours I'm talking base colours.

  I mean base colours, *sigh* why doesn't PMC notify me when people post in the guest book? Seriously. Anyway, the new colours are basically talking about if you make your character dark skinned, well there isn't a colour that covers a natural dark/black hair.
  
  Shading colours don't count as far as I am concerned, since they are all based around the 'base shade' and more or less convey that colour.
  
  Also detail colours, like silver/gold/bronze for hairclips or whatever else also don't count against your two. Although if you make bows or something else out of another colour that would count toward your two.
