Judging

Ranked by Members - All members level 5+ can vote.
Entries can't be updated during the judge phase.
18 day entry period.
4 day review phase after the entry period.
10% of entries ranked as finalists.
10 day voting phase on finalists after the review period.

Rating Criteria

1. Shading
   Vote on the overall shading, the quality of shading, and the colours the participant used.
   Rated 1 to 5
2. Theme.
   Vote on how well they incorporated the themes.
   Rated 1 to 3
3. Overall
   Vote on the overall design, colours, and everything. Vote the skin on a scale of ten based on its overall looks.
   Rated 1 to 10
