Most structures pre-1.13 absolutely suck (especially the Woodland Mansion, by far the worst structure in the game). Luckily, post-1.13 structure design is actually pretty darn good lmao

No, cave air does not cause cave sounds. It's the low light level that causes cave sounds. Cave air is effectively unused in 1.18+ anyways.

There's no way to add custom enchantments through vanilla's enchantment system, you will have to use a lot of commands to emulate how they work.

OP loot datapacks take next to no time to make. Replacing a single loot table with OP items and packaging it in datapack format takes at most 15 minutes. There are people who spend tens, even hundreds of hours on high quality datapacks. And what do you do to get levels (which don't even matter)? Upload crappy OP loot datapacks.

I don't think you can. BOP doesn't place its biome using the dimension file, it uses the Terrablender mod.

Light Block level 0.

Yes, there's a block for Light. You can check the wiki, it's pretty useful for mapmakers.

A light block with a light level of 0 is entirely useless as it doesn't produce any light (and it doesn't stop light), getting rid of its one actual function.

the jigsaw block is INCREDIBLY useful for custom structure generation, and there's a lot of people who know how to use it.

the Structure Void block is very useful for custom structure generation.
also, it's called the Structure Void in game, not the void block.

As of 1.18 it's not even used to detect if you're in caves, it only detects if you're in a Dungeon, Mineshaft, or Stronghold
