I would but I don't have time,This sounds selfish but I prefer to make skins for people who really need it. If I post a thread so many people come to me to make a skin just for not doing it themselves. And the language barrier make it more hard.A lot of work is only motivated with money in between.

Why dontcha share your skills with other people as well? You're REALLY good! You should certainly make a forum thread for doing Skin Requests. You'd be able to help more than just one person. Plus, i already have a cool friend that does alotta art for me, though he doesn't do Minecraft skins, nor pixel art (as far as i'm aware).
