βΛΰ» the reason why im saying this is because i need to set a boundary to protect both my mental health and energy as i have other things to worry about in my life. not that these topics aren't important, it's just that i prefer not to pollute my head with these things because i tend to ruminate on stuff that worries me, which has caused a lot of issues.
