    Medieval Unlimited - Alpha v3.0.3 - RPG & PVE Update!

    This massive update implements many requested features and changes based on player feedback and marks the return of various mechanics that have been missing from MUS 2.0!

    What's New?
    - In-depth changes to Kingdom Warfare!
    - Kingdoms are now randomly raided by Pagans (NIGHT RAIDS)!
    - Hire and command NPCs like Guards or a Minstrel for your Kingdom!
    - Siege Engines can now be purchased in the Nexus using Resource Points!
    - Your character now has RPG Skills you can improve!
    - There are over 400 new Achievements in multiple categories of gameplay!
    - Two unique Quests have been added!
    - Carpenter now sells furniture and decorations!
    - Tons of new mobs including Squids!

    The gates re-open, Medieval Unlimited returns! After almost 2 years of development, dust off your armor, sharpen your blades, castrate your donkeys, ready the siege engines, and fortify thy walls - Medieval Unlimited is officially launching into open alpha next Saturday, July 11th.

    - Assemble your Kingdom in Medieval Unlimited's most detailed map to date - a new take on Vermance featuring over 60 hand-crafted biomes with everything from dense jungles, steep (and I mean really steep) mountains, endless rolling dunes, and countless other biomes from land to sea. Fight, hunt, and gather from new regional animals and bandits, and soil your braies in the re-designed and more-horrific-than-ever cannibal caves. Explore the dungeons and structures featuring per-player loot - no more empty chests in your travels!

    - Enjoy new detailed and rewarding crafting mechanics - grind wheat, make cheese, fry meat in new grindstones, moulds, and cookware, or arm and harness your Kingdom for war with the loom, smithing table, and much more for all playstyles!

    Restarted the entire process of world generation, learned some new tricks

    Worldmachine Scene:

    World Size: 2048x2048 (render above is 8k)

    After countless of hours finetuning in WorldPainter it's still not done, but progress is there.

    Currently working on applying biomes, finetuning grass layers, finalizing rivers and creating a large amount of custom trees (currently only using Spruce trees in the result below)

    Minecraft Result:

    Using Conquest Reforged, with the ArdaCraft Shaders that I've tweaked a little

    Spending some time getting back into WorldMachine & Worldpainter with all the possibilities that Conquest Reforged opens up.
    Must've been at least 6 years since I've last used any of these tools, but getting the hang of it again!

    I'll consider uploading the world once I feel like its ready, as I personally just wanted to make some terrain to build something on.

    Well, a jam is a PMC feature that allows people to submit skins, texture packs, maps, etc. often going off of a theme.
    This one in particular is autumn/fall themed.
    It will likely be held during… well… Fall!
