Yeah figuring out how to describe a world that all your builds are in, would be a pain and sometimes difficult to continuously have dialogue. I would do the same with a lot of my builds, but I just don't know what to say and how to divvy it up between specific structures.

To record the video itself you could record with replay mod or something similar, it would still take a while but I think it would be less boring than just flying for 2 hours yourself.
Then you could also make separate tours of different sections of your world to then add them all together and make a final complete video.

Write ur self a script with what u want to say and the details u want to point out on different builds. Then record ur voice and the video seperatly and put them together in the post. Will take more time but maybe it works better for you :)

I would have expected a smaller farm but, I'd pay a visit.

My suggestion remains the same: create a new post and label it "Remake." Then, in the body of the post, include a link explaining the situation and a link to the old version.

That's how I do it, to label buildings with the same subject but different scales, and "substructures" in large projects. This prevents confusion.

Okay so I suggest sharing both versions, but here is why - some designed even when we think they are better are not the design that others like. They like old versions. And thus, fully recreating an idea means leaving off what was once accepted. That and hey you can watch the results do more people download the old or the new design and that will tell you the real answer.

BUT in the end, you do what you think is best, because sure we the community who love your work are vocal in our own thoughts, we are not you, so in the end it is you who must decide.

Either way I'll keep coming back for inspiration and ideas.

if the build is totally different then you should make an all new post and name it "(blank) updated version"

I would definitely choose to make it into a giant fried onion flower, a snack with a strong sense of immorality, but, well, it's great.

Mostly dirt hut but sometimes I dig into a hill or if I don’t manage to get a bed, I go stripmining instead.
