mobile, console, windows 10, education edition, Pc

and best of all: Raspberry pi edition.

(fun fact, raspberry pi was the very first version of minecraft I ever played)

I like the Bedrock edition, had a blast making an entry for the RTX On thing recently! As for the juvenile feud threads continually being posted about Java vs Bedrock versions...well my answer is always that they are different and each have their own unique strengths and weaknesses.

gold is very cheap to the point where it is inconsequential, and yes, they are good building materials. They are used as one of the only blast-resistant, pushable blocks (the other one being a netherite block). This makes them useful to hold primed tnt in position on tunnel bore machines, or in my case, as really strong piston door material. Coupled with mining fatigue 3 from my guardian, it would take 30 mins to break through the door with a good pick.

So My blog sorta talked about how, specifically with mojang, but also platforms generally, using "hate speech" as a standard to ban someone is extremely problematic. Partially because I think as long as there isn't a threat of violence, people should still be allowed to be jerks, but also because it's very hard to apply that standard fairly. I just found out that pewdiepie's song was removed on "harassment" and "bullying" charges. You can probably still find a backup of the video somewhere, but it's obviously not actually hateful. Just another example of what I talked about, and I think for minecrafters, and internet users in general, this should be very concerning.

people on the internet are awful. Celebrating the death of any slightly controversial figure even. With all the hatred and division in the world, it's nice to just settle down and play minecraft, specifically with a few close friends who aren't awful people.

Wide PMC Update!

With over 3 million members and 10+ years of content and changing web design practices, Planet Minecraft felt a bit cramped.
- Website is now wider.
- Updated Pop Reel Design + Full width on homepage and listings.
- Removed side column from content listings. 3 cards instead of 2 per row. Less distraction from content.
- Revised all content page layouts to put focus on content and consolidate information.
- Moved and maximized content gallery images, video and thumbnail layout.
- Moved who did what lists (diamonds, favs) into the more menu.
- Larger Skin Previewer + Default animation set to stand instead of skip / flail about.
- Fixed Trending on Homepage | It was displaying updated...
- Added "Upload" option to the top right member menu. Easy access from any page.
- Moved Explore Next, Previous, Random content options into the side column on content pages.
- Added additional feedback animations on buttons.
- and many minor tweaks not worth listing.
As with all design updates, it can take a bit of time to get used to and we'll continue to tweak based on your feedback as well as what we see and feel as we browse the updated community. There's such a wide variety of content and members that it's difficult test all cases. If you see an issue, please open a ticket.

Hope you enjoy the changes either right away or maybe in time.

I downloaded optifine 1.16.3 from optifine.net but my computer said the file could harm my computer. Is this just windows being annoying or is there actually something I should be concerned about?

As long as you got it from the official website like you said, it *always* says that for some reason, with windows and norton specifically I've noticed it haha

As someone who spent $10 for an optifine cape, I can guarantee you that optifine is safe

yea, that makes sense. The only bad thing about duckduckgo is that it doesn't give you multiple results from the same source, so the list looks way different.

I'm using duckduckgo and it has changed now, but it used to be that optifine.net was first and the bad link was second.

my main search engines, both google and duckduckgo put optifine.net at the top, but that may be just me idk.
