So here:

must have youtube channel that does gaming - gamermanh
a non branded recording software - Fraps
at least 20 subscribers -83 last I checked

you must have a computer capable of playing most games - Play, yes. Record, iffy
you will agree to appear in any video you are asked too - I can try, if I own the game. If not I may be forced to say "no" if I can't get it in a timely fashion
you must upload in 480p-1080p - I upload good quality, I believe. Looks good...

I like the group from what I've seen, and would love to do my part I've been meaning to work on some videos for a while but didn't have the talent for parts of it, maybe by joining you guys I can get the resources I need for that

If you absolutely have to edit it, Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere work really well.

If you don't need to edit it (say you just record from "Hey YouTube!" to "Subscribe and bye!"), then just upload the raw file (or compress with something like Handbrake to save time).

But if you're using WIndows Movie Maker for ANYTHING, stop. It's crap for that

Let me be honest here, that's not the best way to get staff.
I mean, you have the chance to get people like me, who are experienced and mature and know how to handle those jobs, but you could easily get some crappy staff. be careful

I had a bit of trouble with starting mine as well. Take a day off maybe, try what the walrus up there said, and it'll come to you. If not, random ideas, throw them into a hat, pull out 3, there's your new idea
