I am asking for help with improving a JAVA MINECRAFT skin I am trying to make

Hi, this is a bit of a bizarre request but its also quite challenging. I'm wondering if anyone could make a skin that looks like the image below, with the colourful shirt. I have attempted to make this skin but I am hopeless with making white heels and black/grey ripped denim jeans also I can't seem to make the sides and back of the head look nice. I have attached a link to the one I made which seems about halfway there. I want this to be compatible with Java Minecraft.

If you don't wish to make it from scratch then could you polish up my version please with the black/grey ripped denim jeans & white heels. If you use my attempt and improve on it please credit me if you repost it.
