First, I would like to say congrats on the promotion Grizzly (:

And yeah, as long as things are not a direct copy or just a very slight variation, they are considered original in my opinion. For example, a building made using a similar design to another is not a copy, but one using the same design in the same formation with the same materials, etc, is.

Never ever ever ever ever use "Craft" or "Creeper" or any Minecraft-related words in naming your server. Try using other words from different languages, and messing around, changing some letters or combining words. That way you can end up with something both cool sounding and original.
