so, as previously mentioned in this post, my comfort skinning would be: abstract shapes. my shading style i cannot really say because i tend to go around quite a bit on that scale, although i try to stay towards a more realistic style. my coloring can vary, i may use very unsaturated colors, but on the other hand, i can use very saturated colors if needed.
why do i enjoy making skins in this comfort zone: i think its because theres no real goal, and its a lot easier than a more intricate skin. usually when im out of ideas, i try to just see what might happen without much thought, usually creating more abstract skins.
have i ever considered breaking out of this zone and try to complete the opposite of it: yes, actually quite a bit. i think its because i have no inspiration that really fails me in this case. i think i should look at reference pictures a lot more and honestly breaking out of comfort zones is really a unique feeling.
what kind of skins do i enjoy seeing the most: i mostly enjoy seeing skins that really i never see, more realistic shading i guess. anything that brings something new to the table.
