I was thinking that the head of my avatar could be rotating horizontally. If your not able to do that then I would like the background to be animated changing in order of the colors of the rainbow. (Example: Red background, then orange background, and then yellow background.) I would also like a shining effect like in this Youtube video. Thank you for reading this far!

I have 16GB and get 300+ FPS in Bedrock edition and 300+ with default settings in java, 400+ with performance mods and default settings. I usually cap it at 60 fps though.
Bedrock is obtainable without any glitches but it has a really high hit value of over 9999 I think so that means you'd have to hit it over 9999 times to obtain it.
