I had a lengthy talk with my Mother about AI art and how discouraging it is growing up and wanting a future in creating media
AI art is not and never will be actual art because the whole point in art is expression and soul and actual intentional creation as opposed to blatant theft and exploitation of passion
The fact that some companies use AI to “””””””””Fix””””””””” the “”””””””””Imperfections”””””””””” that literally is what defines art and gives it perspective is genuinely sickening and rotten
It takes a certain type of scumbag to generate an image that is based entirely on someone else’s talent and claim it as their own and if you are one of those people you can let me know in the comments so I can block you
I think that the proper point in a program that can learn from its mistakes are things like chat bots that can help you with what you’re trying to do instead of just doing it on its own
It just feels so backwards that humans do chores so AI can have fun
Anyway apologies for the negativity but AI is one of few things that actually pinches a nerve for me and I know I’ve talked about it before but it’s going to stay a problem until something actually happens about it (Which it won’t because why would the billionaires who run the world ban something that saves them money)
“Minds fly free when the gates fly open Walk on through Thunder and rain and the wind in my face Ghost lights dance Will you heed the token? Glazing light Blinding my eyes Get me out of this maze”
- “Ghostlights” from Ghostlights (album released 1-29-2016) by Avantasia Yay, more Michael Kiske!
"Join the Scottish revolution Freedom must be won by blood Now we call for revolution Play the pipes and cry out loud"

This song's comments:
"Has man gone insane? A few will remain Who'll find a way To live one more day Through decades of war? It spreads like disease There's no sign of peace Religion and greed Cause millions to bleed Three decades of war..."
or...
"För kriget, det kan Förgöra en man Jag ger mitt liv för mitt fosterland Men vem saknar mig? Så se mig som den En make, en vän Fader och son som aldrig kommer hem Men vem sörjer mig?"
- "A Lifetime of War" / "En Livstid i Krig" from Carolus Rex (album released 5-25-2012) by Sabaton And here, my friends, is yet another great song from this awesome-as-hell album. (Also, note, I haven't translated the Scottish version's lyrics or anything, or read much about this song, but from what I've heard, the English and Scottish versions have rather different lyrics.)
