The judging bunker has been opened, the hazmat suits are being decontaminated, and we’ve finally emerged with the one name that will haunt our dreams for the foreseeable future.Out of all the disasters submitted, one entry stood out so aggressively that it made our internal organs recoil in fear.

According to the feedback, it not only looks “disgusting" or “horrendous" but also apparently ate ItzJey's dog and made ValliVall scared to leave their house.

Congratulations for being the people's favorite disaster! To everyone else: the official judge results are coming soon. In the meantime, please continue to stare at a blank white wall until your vision stabilizes.

For the next 7 days, the judges will be locked in a really dark bunker, grading every single one of your crimes against aesthetics based on the rating criteria.

Some of you are clearly not just making ugly skins - you’re constructing layered disasters with purpose. Unfortunately, we do not have the time to stare at every skin for 20 minutes and decode whether that strange pixel cluster is profound symbolism, a niche reference, or just an accident.

So if your entry is trying to say something, reference something, or emotionally damage us in a very specific way, please give us a short explanation. It will make judging much easier and save us from confidently misunderstanding your genius.

More than half of the registered participants haven’t posted a skin yet. I’m choosing to believe you’re all secretly crafting absolute disasters of legendary proportions and not that you simply forgot this was happening.

HELLO!!!!!!
I have had no access to my computer since December 8. I’m completely devastated because my resource pack was fully locked and loaded for an update (probably my favorite one i’ve ever made) the day after (Tuesday Dec 9; Mounts of Mayhem drop), and I’m also quite sad because I really like Minecraft and haven’t been able to play in 3 weeks! I am typing this from my phone. I would have really liked to release a Christmas special or some artwork at the absolute least but access to my phone is also limited and I haven’t been able to draw digitally.
What do you think about the new game drops/the new drop system? I’m pretty concerned about the new drop system (I like that we will be getting more content more frequently but removing major updates entirely is a big mistake) but I still feel optimistic that things can change in the future. the game drop itself was kind of okay, i’m a builder so it didn’t have as much of an impact on me as it did on pretty much everyone else 💀
I hope you’ve all had a good month so far. My mental health is still super awful but I’m more hopeful about the new year than I thought I would be. Thank you all very much for this year. I learned a lot about my favorite game and have met a lot of really fascinating creators in the community and I’m really excited to have my computer back lmao
