Oh gosh, I am really sorry for being so un-active!!I have been on a trip recently and am not walking into a week of exams x-x
I love you all and have missed you dearly.

But I decided to give you a little spiel on how my life is going and some tips & tricks I have learned!

Some of you might know this and some of you might not, but I am a competitive runner. I run heavily in the fall, but when winter comes I usually don't run at all. Over the past month I have become a lazy couch potato, scrolling through tic tok and watching youtube when I am supposed to be doing homework. If this is your life. I see you. I have been through what you have been through, but I have gotten myself out of this messy life-style! Recently I have been doing a lot of exercising, and getting homework done fast and well. Basically, aiming for 'that girl' standards lmao. Here are my tips and tricks:

- Coming up w/a best version of myself:


The best version of yourself is this version of you that is everything you could ever hope for. Confident, pretty, ect. It's really hard to become the better version of yourself but I am working towards being it. In situations I always think "What would the better version of myself do?" "Would they take the junk food or the salad?"

You can work towards this better version of yourself but one thing to not do is put too much pressure on yourself. The best version of yourself still isn't perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. Putting pressure on yourself doesn't bring you to your goals but away from them.

A good way to visualise this 'version of yourself' is to do a 'Current me' versus 'Future me'. Split a paper in half and on one side draw your current self and description and on the other self describe the person you want to be in your future.

- Making a Schedule

Schedule's are awesome. Making a schedule can keep you on track and show you how to frame your day. Don't be afraid to stray from the schedule a tiny bit though! (If you see this write 'door' in the comments XD)

A bit about my schedule:

I wake up at 6:30 and go for a 2K run. Then I do some yoga and journaling and have a healthy breakfast!

- Don't care what others say

Tbh others try to put me down a lot. The best way to deal with this is just to affirm yourself that you are beautiful and amazing.

Tips:


Don’t take anything personally

Use your inner confidence

Stop being paranoid

Don’t waste your time and energy explaining yourself to others


- Eat Healthy

Eating healthy is a big thing I learned. I love junk food, but too much can really make me breakout. I have found a lot of healthy meals for myself like having a fruit bowl for breakfast :D
