Well it's relatively similar, actually !!
1, download the skin you want to use
2, look for a file manager app on your phone (I'm pretty sure the newer phones have file apps, right ? I'm not that old lmao I just haven't had a phone in a long while qwq)
3, if you go onto options when choosing the .mcpack (the skin you downloaded should have been a .mcpack, if not I think you might have to get a bit more additional assistance from someone with more experience with this sorta thing, again, haven't had a phone in a while, just going off memory, sorry !!), it should allow to open it, which will open Minecraft, and the skin will begin to download if all goes well ^^
