Working on a texture pack tutorial and I wanted to know what is your editor of choice to create your textures and why?

I've reviewed my Patreon and tweaked some of the tier to better reflect my view on Minecraft content. Free access to everything. Of course this not always the most realistic way of doing this and free stuff don't pay bills, but I never liked having packs behind paywall.
Some work in progress will probably be released while they are being worked on. Also, new pack will stay exclusive to the Patreon for up to a month before they are released to everyone.
The only exception might be for smaller pack. I might keep them exclusive if they are one time release, really simple, incomplete or don't really add to the community. You will always be able to get them if someday you decide to support me.
I have to admit, my Patreon was created at first to get some extra money to buy coffee and didn't realized how important it would become to me. I've neglected it quite a bit and everyone that supported me and I'm really sorry about that. Since I have more free time, I'll make sure to keep it active as much as I can.




With that, I also tweaked my Discord. It was mainly focus on a Minecraft server that I decided to abandon. It is still up and you can give it a look if you want but I'm not planning on pushing it forward. It will probably stay up for a while, so feel free to have fun if you want.
From now on, the focus will be the community. I'll use it to share screenshot, new packs get your suggestion or help you if needed to feel free to join!

Oh damn, here we are. 1000 subscriber at level 69, this is such a great milestone to hit! I'm really grateful for everyone that followed me on PMC, Patreon and twitter.
  Art was something I always liked but never ended up doing much. I have made study in art and graphic design but ended up doing something entirely unrelated thinking this is something I would not want to do as a career. With the pandemic, all this entirely changed. It gave me time to get back into it and really love doing it and it would not have happened without all those diamonds, hearts, like, share and funny comment that made me realized that people appreciate what I do.
  I have not posted a lot lately because of the server which take a LOT of time to setup properly. One of the big part of it was all the enhanced fishing, custom blocks and there was a lot of search for making things look good. I created a discord server for everything related to the server but also if you need help with texture pack. I'm gonna post small update there to give you progress if you are interested.

I wanted to post a pack for today but this is not entirely done and I realized that it was a bit more work than expected at first. You see 18 x 4 states is a lot haha.
  So feel free to come chat with me and other on discord (If anyone join) and let me know if you are interested to join to come and test the server. It is currently in a working state and I can defectively accept some people on the server.

I NEED HELP WITH THE NAME!!!!
I have come up with Twisted Reach currently for a mostly vanilla server with custom blocks, but I'm planning for a lot more so it need to be SHORT & SWEET. Also if possible without Mine of Craft in it because you know... There is a lot of them already. So tell me what you think about the current name and let me know if you have any suggestions.

I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW
I am getting a bit annoyed about the Optifine and Minecraft limitation. I'm not gonna lie, I've been using optifine a lot and i sometime feel like I've done or i know how to do about pretty much anything that i can do with it. This is a good and a bad thing for me, it mean i can do higher quality by focusing more on the textures and less on the config which is really nice but what if I could do a bit more.

This week I've take the decision to finally open a server.

I've had server in the past ranging from 10 to 100 and i really enjoy doing it but i was still young and didn't know much. This time there is tools everywhere to help you start, manage and get it to the level you want. This include having custom blocks, custom items, custom biomes, custom structure... You get the point. Maybe some of you are familiar with Origin Realm and I'm aiming for something like this, but I don't have the team or the experience they might have.

Of course i want to let know you before you get too excited. Adding items and blocks is gonna be really easy. I'm probably gonna add some custom tree too without too much issue. Where I get a bit less confident, is about new biomes and structure, it require more coding and I'm not a coder but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna be able to add them. Custom mobs is something I've though about but I'm not familiar with animation nor behavior

So this is about it, you can expect an alpha server sometime soon exclusive for Patreon, but I might get slower on pack updates. Of course I'm open to good suggestion for pack or blocks idea but i still have some limitation with the plugin i bought mostly by the number of blocks I can have and transparent blocks.

For everyone that wanted to dowload the latest version of Enhanced Vanilla, i didn't update the link to the newest version. So if you want to use the latest feature, make sure to redownload it.

The updated I've been working on for the last 2 weeks is finally here. Still not done but with 2000 files, it's a pretty good start don't you think? A lot of fix and change have happened. Enjoy!
