All skins uploaded are free to use (FTU) anywhere, any time. If that changes, the skin itself will be updated to note that and/or removed.
If I make you a gift/commission, it will not be uploaded unless I get your permission to do so. Any uploaded gifts/commissions, even with credit, will be edited unless requested otherwise.
All skins can be edited, re-colored, and mixed with other skins (frankensteined) WITH CREDIT. If you do any of these things, do not reupload the skin on PMC per its terms of service.
Do not use my skins for anything paid/anything that benefits you monetarily, and do not claim them as your own work.
Do not use my skins for/in anything that is NSFW or for anything that promotes hate speech/bigotry. I am not comfortable with that.
