1. How do people shade like this?
-They can because they have practiced.
2. Do they use a Mouse or a Graphics Tablet? (Or both)
- I would assume they're using a mouse. Using a tablet can be very difficult.
3. And can anyone teach me or please give me tips on how to shade like this?
- I don't have specific shading tutorials for these kinds of skins, but I have some other shading tutorials.

What I think you need to do is: You need to practice. Don't expect that your skins will look amazing in the beginning, but if you practice, they will eventually become great!

Try making this: When enough small slimes are close to eachother, they merge together and become a bigger slime.

Try basing a skin on one of Alice's dresses from Alice Madness Returns
