Ok. I will now address everything I said in the post on AI which eventually killed my reputation.
I do NOT believe ai should be obligatory. That's why I said "can" and not "should" or "must"
Then again, I stated "background details" like fingers on background characters, not other stuff. It is important to actually take care of the general picture.

Then yes, I understand this platform is insanely antiAI and that I was antiai too at one point. But in recent times I've tried it out sometimes and I personally liked it. I will not force my views on others.

Now that it's been stated, I'll address each comment that actually makes a point other than "kill yourself".

Also, I'll clarify some of my views in a nice little list so it is easier to comprehend

1. AI is not true art, as it lacks the effort component
2. The things that define art are effort, intent, and execution. If the execution is really, really crappy for its resources and skill, then it classifies as a doodle, or as beginner art. if there is no intent or effort then it's not art
3. Training data is oftentimes unethical. However, even if the training data of some models is unethical, that doesn't define all of AI, especially if you include local modles
4. Post-processing of AI imagery does NOT make it art.
5. AI can be used for a small project like concept art or a basic script to explain the idea and it'll still be art if the final product is 100% human, even if it was inspired by AI.
6. I, in no way, support the psychopaths at r/defendingAIart. It's a cult. Just like r/antiAI. Both are cults on opposite sides of the ideology. PMC is more centrist from what I have seen, as the topic of AI is way less present here and therefore there's less polarization.
7. Making money from AI is making money from theft. If you in any way made money through AI that's bad. Non-monetized use has less severity.

I hope that this post was enough to clarify my opinions and address every allegation and most of the hate.
This might get less attention than my original post, and that would mean that we are still bound by the rule of shock value.
Anyway, this post is to attempt to fix what was broken by my pointless post on AI and an attempt to at least try to make amends without constructing a new personality.

TL;DR Read this if you really want most of the content, but this post is just me addressing hate after my post regarding AI from yesterday. 2 key points I'd like to make here is that AI-assisted is NOT true art, and that it should in no way be obligatory to use AI.
