    in order to do it “well,” you have to not be nervous or at least be good at masking your nervous tics, but i get super nervous whenever i worry about doing something correctly and suck at “projecting confidence” or whatever, so i dont do it as well as i could, which in turn makes me MORE anxious and nervous, so it just becomes a nightmare feedback loop lol

    so i missed updating my art blog last month, which i figured was okay because it wasn’t super substantial anyway, however this time i did artfight and i will be dropping BOTH updates at the end of this month because of that. again, however, i have been signed out of PMC on the computer and am too lazy to sign back in (i forgot my login and its a whole other hassle trying to sign into google instead) so it may be a couple days late again lol.

    If you do decide to use it, make sure it is .org, as there is a fake .com that is redirecting you to some shady site.
    The official site now has really bad ads and "I'm not a robot" confirmations, all of which can directly lead to your account being hacked and your machine compromised.
    It may ask you to 'complete a 1-time verification' or 'Prove you're not a robot', or a new one being 'install this adblocker'
    DO NOT CLICK ON ANYTHING.
    For modern browsers, it can be difficult for a site to directly hack your account; usually they force you to download malware, run a command on your computer, or some other scummy practice. You can still upload images, but it's likely that the site or some other third-party is tracking your IP and selling it. This happens with many sites, not just postimages.
    Some things that it may do:
    1. It may fullscreen your browser, and pretend that your account is being hacked. IT IS NOT ACTUALLY BEING HACKED IF YOU DO NOT DO ANYTHING.
    What you immediately need to do is PRESS F11 if you're on windows.Then, press CTRL+W to close the tab. Whatever iti s, it is malicous. If it asks you to run a command into your computer by pressing windows+R, or something to that extent, DO NOT DO IT. IMMEDIATELY close out. Please share this post and spread awareness.     told my dad i felt so horrible about my ability and drive to do things and take care of myself today that i was fantasizing about throwing myself off a bridge and he told me i was being dramatic because he had always had it way harder :/. i guess he wasn’t wrong and i wasn’t actually planning on doing anything but boy did that make me feel worse.

And just because there might be harder ways, doesn't mean that the way you have it isn't hard too!!!!! Plus... I think what you're talking sounds pretty normal, it can be really hard to be able to take care of yourself, it is, trust me I know! Just... literally if someone's having a hard time a person shouldn't wave it off and say it could be worse... they help!!!!!

    Ssssorry this is just absolutely shocking to me that your dad said this. And I got a little mad about it. You're genuinely a great person, even if I don't know you personally you sound like a great one! And I hope things get better for you :)
