I’ve never used one, but considering how they’re created, there are no real consequences for acting however you want to toward an AI. It’s designed to make you feel good, not to teach you anything useful about interaction.

That’s what I was thinking; some elements (like story) would need to be in place before even starting on things like textures. I’m seeing a timeline something like this:
1. Brainstorming forum to establish the meta-direction, like theme, genre, etc.
2. Unranked blog jams to collect more specific story elements, possibly chunked into chapters
3. Assemble the information from 2 into a final script; maybe use a separate jam for this one
4. Associated content jams to implement the final script from setep 3
5. If multiple chapters, maybe glue this into a preview map and post it
6. Repeat per chapter, if applicable

I don't usually respond to arguments, but this absurd. My first response is that you forgot to mention Easter, which is in remembrance of His crucifixion. Secondly, why shouldn't we celebrate these things? He performed literal miracles for goodness sake! He gave sight to the blind, He gave motion to the lame, these aren't normal things! Thirdly, I'll just point out that the amount of quotations you used is ridiculous, and the fact that you put Jesus in lowercase, in quotations is frankly just wrong. Even someone who simply isn't a Christian wouldn't go that far, that's just not right. Fourthly, when you say a whole month is dedicated to Him, that's quite untrue. See, Christmas is only one day, but people still celebrate Christmas for the whole month because they want to, not because Christmas spans the entire month. Lastly, Christians are not stuck up, we are not the horrible people you seem to think we are, in fact, God calls on us to show the love and kindness that Jesus showed, and simply pray for those who don't believe in Him, and anyone who didn't show you this kindness, they were wrong and I'm sorry for that. I hope we don't have to continue any further discourse, and I hope you have a good day and a great new year. :)

So I got to thinking…. What if all of Planet Minecraft collaborated to make a completely new game in Minecraft? There could be jams for skins, datapacks, and textures, then all of those could be welded together into one map. It would be kind of like a game jam, but everyone creates different parts of a single game rather than a lot of different games.

The more I think about this, the more interesting it sounds, even though it probably wouldn’t go anywhere. Share this post, I’m interested to hear what others think about this…
